TASTING
Note
Organic red wine with a medium-high layer, ripe cherry color, clean and bright, intense aromas of black fruit and soft wood, in swirl it gives aromas of forest undergrowth. In the mouth, its entry is sweet, tannic and with pleasant acidity that is filling. Over time spicy and toasted arise.
The different harvested varieties were fermented separately in 3,000-liter steel tanks, after complete destemming, with a large quantity of almost whole fruit berries, native yeasts and short post-fermentation maceration.
AGEING
10 to 12 month ageing in French Oak barrels of 400 and 500 litres, giving rise to the assembly of varieties that provide the mountain character of our vineyard.

Note
Elegant purple wine, aromas of ripe strawberry tree and blackberries. On the palate it has medium body, it is fresh and smooth, with a persistent taste. Soft and rounded tannins. Limited to just 1,400 bottles.
AGEING
10 months ageing in medium toast French Oak barrels. Not filtered or cold stabilized.
Destemmed grapes and berries, mostly whole fruit, were fermented in 400-liter open barrels with light pounding, gentle subsequent pressing.

Note
Ruby bright red coloured with cherry half layer. It is aromatic and fruity, showing a complete expression of its multi-varietal character: red fruits, a wide palette of aromas, toasted touches and notes of forest undergrowth with a great ability to evolve over time. It has a smooth entry, excellent acidity and integrated tannins, long and persistence in its taste. Like all Mas de Sella wines, it is whole and complex thanks to its alcohol content yet fresh due to its excellent acidity.
AGEING
French oak barrels are hand-picked from different cooperages to match each grape variety. All barrels sourced are from oak wood, of medium toast and fine grain. These show excellent behavior and are aged for 18 months.
VARIETIES
Grapes from selected vines of Garnacha Tintorera “Alicante Bouschet”, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Shiraz, with a high average polyphenol index. This wine is only made on years when the weather permits very late harvests towards late October and the beginning of November, allowing for very ripe grapes.

TASTING
Note
Light coloured showing aromas of red, acid and fresh fruits on the nose. On the palate, it has character due to its barrel fermentation, excellent acidity and persistence.
Fermented in 400-liter oak barrels, manually pressed cold-harvested grapes. Cleared and decanted in cold through steel tanks with minimal oxidation before bottling.
TIPS
Ideally drink cold around 11 degrees celsius. Its elaboration is remarkable with potential to age or, if tempted, to enjoy with great pleasure sooner rather than later. This wine is fresh and exotic while being elegant and daring.
